Does not work with French accent characters #16
Description
These functions: toKebabCase, toPascalCase, toCamelCase, toSnakeCase.
They do not work with French characters with accents. ( À à  â Æ æ Ç ç É é È è Ê ê Ë ë Î î Ï ï Ô ô Œ œ Ù ù Û û Ü ü Ÿ ÿ )
They get completely removed from the output.
toCamelCase Eg:
"relié à un club" becomes : "reliUnClub"
