docker compose fails on macos

• Logs don't appear to say anything useful.
• 1 cpu core is pinned.
• Increasing healthcheck timeout doesn't seem to help.

I've worked on this and changed some configurations and user manual. You need to publish new docker images. Or you need to edit docker compose file. It should be working now!

Note: Still you need to increase timeout. Second build takes ~470s on M4.
