OpenSSL v1.1.1 EOL #2454
Description
OpenSSL v1.1.1 reaches its end of life on 11th September 2023. Beyond that, security fixes are available only via paid support.
Our current Docker builds rely on openssl installed from Ubuntu bionic, i.e., libssl1.1. (We even still have use of xenial.)
We should ensure that Sawtooth depends on a version of OpenSSL for which security patches remain available.
