Agent Starter tutorial out of date

The tutorial here is using an old repository that appears to be deprecated. Following the tutorial results in an invalid_scope error. Should this tutorial be updated, removed or do we have more recent examples of backend use cases?

I believe we want to remove this and replace with a general backend starter.
