Changing desired format #91
Description
It would be nice if it were possible to change the desired field of a Sound_Sample after creating it, without having to close and re-open the sound file.
(Motivation is applying a mapping function from the actual format to the desired format. If SDL_sound added some way to specify such a mapping, that would also work for me.)
