[Feature request] Fish Speech support

Fish Speech is a really good model, it surpasses XTTSv2 and supports a lot of languages that other TTS tools don't. In fact, it's the best local TTS that supports languages like Spanish, Korean, Arabic, Russian, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese (unlike other models like Zonos, F5 or Kokoro)
