Add unit tests + CI #5
Description
Some things that would be good to cover:
- Build isc-perf-ui
- Set up a registry, install isc-perf-ui and publish to registry
- Install isc-perf-ui from registry
Hopefully the node/npm requirements here will play nicely in a GitHub actions setting...
