Chrome blocks MacOS 64bit ipfs-update download

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to report this.

On OSX, Chrome blocks download of ipfs-update from dist.ipfs.io, complaining that it "may be dangerous" etc.

To reproduce: Attempt to download the MacOS 64bit version with Chrome.
