JDK 19 early-access builds failing on armhf, s390x

The JDK 19+22 early-access build for the edge channel failed on the armhf and s390x architectures.The build log reports the following error on armhf:

The error has been reported with JDK-8286360, "ARM32: Fix crashes with non-preview mode after JDK-8284161 (Virtual Threads)."
