Description
Though I doubt we'll ever get good enough repr methods for a hypergraph, we certainly should be able to import/export a text based format of a CHG. XML is as good a choice as any, though YAML might be user savy. Either way, this should be a late install once v1.0 is released, since it will basically be a standardized interface corresponding to ConstraintHg's API.
