Target should be first parameter for `add_edge`

This is an API change that should be rectified before v1.0. When writing an edge, I almost always want to write the target of the edge first. While this contrary to the direction of the edge (which maps from sources to target, it is much more intuitive for programming, where the edge is uniquely characterized by its target.
