Compatibility with Bubble Card hashtag links

Hi @ulounge, this has already been implemented by some users. Take a look at this issue.

Might try to implement better logic in navbar-card itself to handle situations like this though, as lots of people seem to be trying to use navbar-card with bubble card's popups feature.

Hi @joseluis9595, Thank you very much for your help. Indeed, it did the trick.
To be frank, it was quite simple to figure it out afterwards.
We just have to put the absolute URL and not only the # in the case of bubble cards. Not a big deal. Maybe just a comment in the code is enough.
Anyway, thanks for your help, and you can count on another Navbar implementation. :)
