Remove listing limit of content information #31

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the current version, repo-management only lists the 20 most recent content elements for a resource. If a resource contains more elements, they are not visible in the UI.
Describe the solution you'd like
Content listing should be covered the same way as listing of data resources allowing the table to lazy load all elements available.
