Update UI app to work with arbitrum sepolia and sepolia network #1
Description
UI has support for arbitrum goerli and goerli network, since goerli testnet is getting shutdown migrate it to sepolia network. Switch contracts is deployed to arbitrum sepolia and Lightbulb contract is deployed to sepolia. UI needs to be updated to support these 2 networks.
