Description

Filename is not updated when file is renamed outside of SmoothCSV

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open CSV file in SmoothCSV
2. Rename file in Finder
3. Save file in SmoothCSV

Expected Behavior

• Filename in Smooth CSV should remain up-to-date
• File should be saved as new name

Actual Behavior

• Filename stays as old file
• File is saved as old name
• Duplicate file

Environment

• OS: macOS 14
• SmoothCSV Version: 3.2.0

This is actually the intended behavior (following VSCode's approach), but you're right that the behavior you described might be more user-friendly.
I'll investigate the technical complexity and decide whether to implement this change.

FWIW the way I describe is standard macOS behaviour, not sure about other platforms.
