Change of License?

The repository currently licensed under Business Source License 1.1.

I saw somewhere in the LICENSE file:

- **Change Date:**  2024-02-20
- **Change License:** Apache License, Version 2.0

Is that mean everything shared in the repository will be released under Apache 2.0 license 1 month later?

We have recently updated the license for this repository. We're sticking with the Business Source License 1.1 for now to better align with our project's goals.
