Recurring Events create multiple Events with shifting dates #784

your screenshot already provides the answer: for example you created a recurring event to start on June 18 till June 20, planned for every day and each single event lasts 3 days! So one event from June 18-20, one for June 19-21 and one for June 20-23 |

Wow. I get what you want done now after reading what you've said above. But that field name (and its use) still doesn't make sense to me. "Event duration" to me means how many consecutive days in a row will a recurring event be held, further defined by the start and stop dates entered. So if I pick a 3 day date range, I should have an event duration of 3 entered in the field. But I guess my understanding is not correct. So in what use case would I put anything more than a '1' in the event duration field? I've been using your plugin for quite awhile, I can't believe I've never noticed this before... |

I just edited 4 Recurring Events. When I went back to the Events page, I see those 4 but now there are multiples of them, each showing a different date range. Screen captures provided (the list is searched for 'GCGA' which allows only the affected events to appear).
Why might these Recurrences duplicate like that and shift the dates in these duplications? (FYI I've seen this before, just recently, and it prevented a completed event from coming off of an Event list that was to only show future events.)
