The CSV and Print links underneath the name of each event are present as long as RSVP is configured for that event. If you want to "close" RSVP, put a closing date on it and not deactivate RSVP. See these RSVP settings (per event): Next to that, also take a look at the shortcode eme_bookings_report_link |

Wow, you have good solution for any case. Wonderful! I will use invitation mode when capacity is full. I will set it by DB query. Thanks, |

Hei Franky,
I see that the CSV export containing all RSVP fields depends on the RSVP enabled status. I am using this export for further processing in Excel. I would like instruct assistant how she can download actual data from the server, when RSVP is closed already. But I am not able to do it.
There are still some updates, because she is editing RSVP in admin for the participants, who requested any changes.
I was downloading CSV in the reservations menu, under each record in the Event information field was link to CSV and PRINT. But links are gone when RSVP is already closed. In last years, we have used the permalink, but I have noticed in the changelog, there is a nonce parameter now, so I cannot reuse the link.
Can I use the API for secure download CSV for Excel?
It would be useful to add "Bookings CSV export" link to a custom column of the Events list (page=eme-manager). I was looking for this action there intuitively.
Kind regards,
Jiri
