Add Reliable Audio Interruption Detection (e.g. Google Meet, VoIP, phone call) on Android

Currently, PhoneState or audio_session plugins do not detect audio interruptions from VoIP apps (e.g. Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp call) on Android. This limits the ability to auto-pause or notify the user when recording is interrupted due to media or communication apps or a phone call.
