Failing CUDA tests - maintainers needed

There's missing work on CUDA (maybe because some PRs didn't land?), I relaxed the tests in terms of commenting out things that currently crash. @terapines-osc-cir @AdUhTkJm any ideas of what's missing for someone who might come next?
