[Accesibility][clangir webpage] Problem with new website look and feel

Hi!

With the new site I have problems with visibility as the font weight is very light, and also the contrast doesn't help with visualization...

@orion160 we had to update it because the previous theme was deprecated and we couldn't update the website without forcing a hand on the theme. Can you suggest one that works for you? Note that some pages are also now missing, which we need to fix
