Document the special `.conf` file modifications by ContentDB

The ContentDB adds some special fields into game.conf and other conf files, like release, when the package is downloaded.

I wish that the help pages documents what changes are made to the package precisely, when a player downloads it, and the meaning of the special fields is explained briefly and how ContentDB uses them. It’s not obvious that it happens and can be a source of confusion.

I have searched the entire help but didn’t find a single mention of e.g. release.

That file doesn't make sense because it's not about creating a release, it's how Luanti manages installs
