Add ability to set morph targets to GLB & FBX for Lip Sync capability.

Hi. We want to give our GLB and FBX avatars the ability to Lip Sync along with our Text-To-Speech module. Can you please add this ability? Thanks.

good idea, but this feature is not in the road map yet
