Draw with ink in PP

Hi,
I want to use Draw with ink in Powerpoint.
I recently installed and activated Office 2021 using guide

but what i want to know is that is there anyway that i can use O365 or draw with ink in MS Office 2021

• Activate with online KMS option in MAS
