Changing the default week view in Meal Planner?

Is there a way to set the default week view in the meal planner to run from Monday to Sunday and not Sunday to Saturday? Sunday is not considered the first day of the week in my country

The meal planner starts from today and shows a set number of days (the default number of days is configurable from the meal planner page). If you're talking about the calendar selector, that is controllable in your household preferences:

Okay, this seems counterintuitive. I was expecting the meal planner to show one week, as in the current week or next week, not a moving window of 7 days across multiple weeks, which was what I saw yesterday when it was Sunday-Saturday. Today it looks fine as it's Monday-Sunday, showing me this week, but tomorrow it's going to be weird again. I assume there are no options to configure this behavior further?
