Metric or Imperial Ingredients Toggle

Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

Currently there is no way to easily switch between Metric and Imperial units. When sharing recipes or spending time in another country it would help to change the units displayed quickly (without going into editing mode). Users can also end up with mixed-unit recipe libraries depending on the source of their recipes creating confusion.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

A quick toggle button next to the ingredients section to quickly switch between Metric and Imperial units. Mealie should be able to convert between Metric and Imperial automatically and provide as simple toggle button. This toggle button could also act as a global toggle for the user when viewing all recipes.

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

There might be issues related to automatically identifying and converting units. Or recipes that are poorly formatted might have issues converting.
