Sharing my ansible playbook

Hi all,
Spent a few hours creating an ansible playbook to deploy an instance of mealie without docker and I just wanted to share it here in case anyone would find it useful.
Its meant to be used as reference only; I use paths and users which are specific to my setup. You'll need to make some changes based on your needs.
