Data Portal - order results for samples

Ticket to discuss ordering search results for samples. I noticed when getting ready for the NEON seminar that the sort order is reproducible but different if the filtering was done these two ways
1)filter of (name [like] DP1.10107.001) the first sample is HEAL_005-O-37-24-20160804
2) filter of (id [is] nmdc:sty-11-34xj1150) the first sample is ABBY_006-O-3-34.5-20170605
