Error Message: Runtime Error R6016

I've encountered an issue while using Windows Explorer. Occasionally, I receive the error message: "Runtime Error R6016: Not enough space for thread data."

This problem began after I installed Shell, but it resolved immediately after I uninstalled it. Unfortunately, the Event Log doesn't provide any additional information.
