Description
Issue type
UI bug (incorrect info or interface appearance)
Description with steps to reproduce

- Factory reset
- Open Palettes > Repeats & jumps
- Reset the palette
- See that there are two separate "To coda (symbol)" elements
Performing a factory reset correctly only shows one instance of the element in the palettes, but then if you reset the palette individually, the second one shows up.
