Multiple "To coda (symbol)" elements in Repeats & jumps palette

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Factory reset
2. Open Palettes > Repeats & jumps
3. Reset the palette
4. See that there are two separate "To coda (symbol)" elements

Performing a factory reset correctly only shows one instance of the element in the palettes, but then if you reset the palette individually, the second one shows up.

When I first noticed this, there were actually four separate elements in the palette.
