[Windows installer] Uninstaller doesn't work properly in Testing builds

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Install 4.6 testing mode build
2. Uninstall
3. It doesn't remove c:\Program Files\MuseScore 4 Testing folder with all its contents

Also it doesn't remove 'MuseScore Studio 4 Testing' shortcut from the Desktop

Yes, this works in the latest released version and is broken in the nightly builds
