Tutorials: Suggestions on rests tutorial #262

It may be useful to users to suggest a sequence of tutorials; in any case, a "courtesy" link in the rests tutorial referring back to the quick-start intro would be helpful.
The pacing of the tutorial changes considerably at the "Spaces/Invisible Rests" step. I would suggest the following:
Introduce the element and layers separately before proceeding with the exercise as it is currently written, which is a great way to tie it all together.
With that, though, the title should clarify that the tutorial covers and requires something other than rests, which may raise the question of whether we want a quick, basic rests-only tutorial, and a separate tutorial for layers, spaces, and perhaps some other features.
