investigate signal processing, for the sensors api, and document it

• investigate discrete convolution
• how discrete convolution can be done for signal identification with differential equations/incremental computing
• document api for add signals to holo ux, it appears that developer will only need to add an array that describes the discrete signal, each 5 -10 milliseconds
• allow seamless combinations of signals
• allow adding a time dilation, to handle complex signals
