[admin-api] Specify dataset folder when using the file endpoint #1883

As an admin
I want to be able specify the dataset folder when listing
so that I don't need to grep the output afterwards
Specify dataset folder when using the file endpoint.
Acceptance criteria
- Updated Swagger file (see sub-task [admin-api] Design API and document in Swagger the definition for the list files in a dataset API extension #1884)
- Short demo in Sprint Review
- Tests verifying the changes are added
- Make sure the RBAC still functions
Additional context
- Use and expand the swagger API definition.
