New feature description:

NDFC supports the following port-channel interfaces LACP parameters which are currently not supported by NaC VXLAN.

• Enable LACP vPC-convergence
• Disable LACP Suspend-individual
• LACP Port Priority
• LACP Timer Rate

My customer would like to enable LACP vPC-convergence and set the LACP timer rate.

Introduction of this enhancement requires changes to dcnm_interface module first.
The required PRs should already been opened:

1. Enable LACP vPC-convergence
   Disable LACP Suspend-individual
   Those parameters for VPC interfaces is introduced by:
   added ENABLE_LACP_VPC_CONV and DISABLE_LACP_SUSPEND to dcnm_interface CiscoDevNet/ansible-dcnm#471

2. Enable LACP vPC-convergence
   Disable LACP Suspend-individual
   To introduce those parameters for access/trunk port-channels (no-vpc) I opened:
   add support for disable_lacp_suspend_individual for non-vpc port-channels CiscoDevNet/ansible-dcnm#494

3. Lacp_port_priority
   Lacp_rate
   To introduce those parameters for all kinds of port-channels (vpc/no-vpc) I opened:
   adding LACP attributes port priority and rate v1 CiscoDevNet/ansible-dcnm#495

When the PRs for dcnm_interface module are reviewed, approved - I more or less have PR ready for ansible-dc-vxlan and nac-vxlan repos.
