Proposal: Add new template for hp_comware display version

I would like to contribute a new template for hp_comware display version, which is currently not available in the project. I believe this template would be useful for users working with HP Comware devices.

Could you please guide me on the contribution process or let me know if there are any specific requirements for submitting new templates?

• Develop in a feature branch (ex: hp_comware_display_version and not in master branch) ... it can get confusing and problematic if master is used
• ntc-templates uses Poetry so you'll need to set up your development environment for dependency management
• Since this is a new template, it will be necessary to update the index file
• Helper Scripts exist to assist with generating the structured yaml
• Error directives need to exist in all templates
• Test data raw/yaml need to be included so the CI can confirm functionality and prevent future regressions if changes are made to templates
