Render to Word doc #98
Description
Would be helpful to be able to render the manuscript to a Word doc (docx format in quarto). But Quarto does not make this easy.....
Causes all sorts of issues, including when interacting with kableExtra for table rendering.
Will continue focusing on rendering the PDF. But may want to circle back to this..
