Cant use realcugan anymore #57

I've encountered an issue where I'm no longer able to use RealCUGAN. It used to work fine, but now I get an "Access Denied" error. I know that this message sometimes appears when you need to update your graphic drivers or Windows, but this time it seems to suggest contacting the software publisher instead. I'm currently using realcugan-ncnn-vulkan-20220728-windows, which has always worked until now.
Is there a newer version of RealCUGAN available? Any help or advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!"
