Notify DOC Webmaster of PIFSC Organization

Email webmaster@doc.gov to notify them of the new PIFSC organization. Provide the following information and attach the Risk Acceptance Memo authorized by the NMFS CIO:

The NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) has been authorized by the NMFS CIO to utilize GitHub. We have created the new PIFSC organization on GitHub and submitted a pull request to add the PIFSC information to NOAA Affiliated Projects repository on GitHub. We would like the PIFSC GitHub organization to be added to the DOC to comply with the DOC and NOAA GitHub guidelines. I have attached the Risk Acceptance Memo authorized by the NMFS CIO.
