[feature request] Tooltip Customization

Hi,
I really like your Add-On. I especially like the neon-glow-answer-buttons.
Is it possible to apply the same effect to the answer tooltip?
Also would it be possible to adjust the shape of the tooltip, so that it's just a dot/circle without any text in it and customizable size?

Sorry I missed the notification for this issue.
Customizing the tooltip is really hard. I don't think it would be possible to add more customizability. But for the next update I'll do my best and see if there's a way to make the tooltip more customizable.
