explain: support subnet name

The logic supports using the CIDR of a subnet as src/dst, so how about we support a subnet name as src/dst?
The intent is that at the time of processing inputs the subnet name is replaced by its CIDR, and from then on the logic is the same.

Note that in connectivity we also support connectivity between subnets. This is not what you are referring to, and this is something we do not have in the coming milestones.
We need to somehow make it clear that a subnet is read as its address space and not as subnet_analysis. Ideas? @kyorav
