Performance regressions detection in CI

Over the years, we've been running into different regressions in terms of performance in o1js (like o1-labs/o1js#2260) and/or Mina.
We do not actively track our benchmarks in the CI or in PR.

We might want to add some CI tools, like https://bencher.dev. It would help us detecting performance regression before updating projects using our cryptographic primitives.
