Simplify copy/paste between OpenSearch SRW and Quepid

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Quepid uses `#$query##` to put in the query in the template and OpenSearch Search Relevancy uses `%SearchText%` which means you need to translate between the two tools.

Support "%SearchText%" syntax.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Get folks to agree on one, but that never happens!
