servers with identical emotes

Describe the bug
If you have joined two servers that have identical emotes with the same name one will be named :EmoteName~1:. This one will post as :EmoteName: instead of its image.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join two servers with identical emotes with the same name
2. Attempt to post the emote with :EmoteName~1:
3. Notice :EmoteName: instead of its image
