Pip install still failing in openmc

Making use of the parametric plasma source from the pip install and it is causing seg faults in openmc. It works when compiled but would be nice to get the pip working fully. Interestingly enough the pip installed version allows the source to be sampled for plotting the source, it just seg faults when used in OpenMC (latest dev version)

Another option if anyone else is having pip install issues is to use, thanks @DanShort12 for this suggestion
