Executable format

Consider whether FIT could be adjusted to support an executable format, to increase commonality with Universal Kernel Image (UKI)

It seems that making use of U-Boot as an EFI app is a reasonable approach to take here.

I have made a start on this, with this series:

systemd-boot is about 180K. This series aims to make the U-Boot EFI app smaller, around 110K for the base code.

However, quite a few features will need to be added, including crypto, so the size will increase.
