Bug: placing of QR-Code button

It seems that sometime the image is not finally rendered, but the button is already placed. To avoid this, we should update the button position like

• remove all existing buttons
• place them again

Unfortunately we can not listen to an event if the page is loaded like seen in this screenshot where a stepper from angular is used
