v0.2.0 release checklist

A lot of features are being worked on. Here a checklist of what we want to merge before making the 0.2.0 release. Suggestions on what should be included welcome!

• Integrate revocation notification with issue credential v2 #737
  • PR: refactor(credentials): generic credentials module #841

Will be moved to 0.3.0 release:

• Fix inconsistencies in issue credential and present proof modules API #755
