Hey everyone 👋,
As part of our commitment to security and GitHub's best practices, Open Code Chicago has recently enabled a policy that requires all members to have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on their GitHub accounts.
🔐 Why we're doing this:
If you are already using 2FA — thank you! 🙌 You're all set.
If you haven't set it up yet, you can follow GitHub’s simple guide here:
👉 How to enable 2FA
Let us know in the comments if you have questions or need help setting it up.
Stay safe and keep coding! 💻💙
