do bangle js 2s change? Do the the bangle js 2s get hardware upgrades?

There have been some changes in the sensors, e.g. the hrm one has gone to VC31B from a VC31. The manufacturer sometimes can't get the same sensors used before so need to change them. IIRC. See here: https://www.espruino.com/Bangle.js2+Technical#features

But in practice, no. I'd say it's the same watch hardware wise today as it was at the kickstarter. But the software has come a long way! 🙂

As @thyttan says - sometimes sensors had to be changed because of availability, but it's rare. The kickstarter ones were very slightly different (VC31, different pressure sensor) because of all the component shortages around Covid but since then I can't think of any other changes.
